The first details of this year’s extended PAL 2012 Education & Learning Programme have been unveiled by the Music Industries Association of Canada (MIAC), the national trade association serving the Canadian music products and professional audio, lighting, and audiovisual industries.
The 2012 Show is being held May 13-14, 2012, at the Toronto International Centre, 6900 Airport Road in Toronto.
The Show serves as an opportunity for manufacturers and distributors to meet directly with new customers and to reconnect with old ones. It also offers networking with designers, installers, integrators, educational technology managers, and end users across a wide range of businesses and industries.
The two-day programme of free seminars and certification training will feature top international speakers on industry projects and technologies, AV systems integration, and much more. Topics include lighting, hearing loss, digital video systems, streaming technologies, digital consoles, audio visuals, microphone techniques, networking, project management and loudness measurement, and control for broadcast.
The exhibit floor will feature exhibitors displaying a complete range of current and forward-looking products, technologies, and system solutions, all in their entire depth and breadth for places of worship, conferencing boardrooms, live venues, broadcast studios, retail advertising, government and educational facilities, and more.
