Prolight + Sound 2017, which runs April 4-7 in Frankfurt, Germany, will again be staged in the eastern part of Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre, as it was for the first time in 2016, which allows the fair to expand the spectrum of products and services, with many exhibitors boasting bigger presentations than before.
An improved visitor-guidance system compared to last year is meant to make it easier for visitors to find the individual product groups. Moreover, there will be separate, clearly laid-out brochures for “special interest” product groups, which bring together the appropriate exhibitors from the various segments. These Quickfinders will be available for the Broadcast, Production & Recording, Stage & Theatre, Media Technology & System Integration, and Event & Congress product segments. Exhibitors from the individual special interest segments can also be found directly via the online search engine of the Prolight + Sound website and the Prolight + Sound app.
Also to be retained in 2017 is the new sequence of days, Tuesday to Friday, which was introduced in 2016. As always, Prolight + Sound visitors can also use their ticket to gain admission to the concurrent Musikmesse trade fair of musical products and services. Together, the two events attract around 2,000 exhibitors and over 100,000 visitors each year.
